Nearly 40% of marriages performed today creates a blended family, yet many in these complicated family structures often feel alone, hopeless, and incapable of having a satisfying marriage and family, even if they have grown up in a blended family themselves. That number is even higher in black and brown communities, yet we are sorely lacking support and resources.
Sawubona Blended Families is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization, organized under the parent 501(c)3 of Sawubona Family Ministries, committed to serving blended families, and the couples that lead them, in black and brown communities.
God has placed His desire in our hearts for blended families. Our goals are to:
